As a recruiter with over six years of experience in recruitment & resume writing, I watched the hiring market fall apart around me. 

I repeatedly heard about the struggles job seekers faced in landing positions and then was laid off myself.  I learned there was a need for low-cost resumes, especially for those who are out of work and on a tight budget, just as I was.
